We make every effort to describe dimensions, specifications, finishes, and features accurately. All quartz sinks are manufactured using 80% natural composite quartz and 20% acrylic resin matrix.
Product photography and digital screen displays may exhibit slight nuances in tone or texture compared to physical products due to display settings and the natural organic characteristics of composite quartz aggregates.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to revision without prior notice prior to order confirmation.
All orders are subject to stock availability and production scheduling. In the event of stock shortages or temporary delays, we will notify you and offer an estimated dispatch timeline or a full refund.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. SUSU reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for valid commercial or logistical reasons.
We accept secure online payments via UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards through verified payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

International shipments are subject to the customs laws, import duties, and border taxes of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Products that have been installed, mounted, altered, or used are strictly non-returnable.
Replacement requests for verified transit damage or manufacturing anomalies are accepted within 7 days of delivery as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
SUSU Quartz Sinks come with a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering eligible casting and material manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Please review our 5-Year Warranty page for coverage and exclusions.
Users must provide accurate personal, shipping, and billing details. Any costs arising from incorrect information provided during checkout will be borne by the customer.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morbi / Gujarat, India.
